• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems into broader steel infrastructure projects.
• Perform technical reviews quality audits and troubleshooting on-site to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide expert guidance on construction methodologies material selection and mechanical efficiency.
• Manage project documentation technical reports and compliance records throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Identify potential bottlenecks in construction workflows and propose effective sustainable technical solutions.

• Bachelors degree (B.E./) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 to 12 years of professional experience in the mechanical engineering sector specifically involving steel construction.
• Expertise in mechanical drafting construction management and industrial system design.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects from inception to completion within the steel industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor project stakeholders.
