Job Summary
Assist in the design development and implementation of training programs and educational content. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices. Support the team in project management tasks including planning execution and monitoring of initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of educational services. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree recently completed or soon to be completed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
A strong academic record demonstrating intellectual curiosity and rigor. Prior internship experience in a relevant field (e.g. education consulting project management) is a plus. Demonstrated interest in the education and training sector. Proactive and self-driven with a desire to learn and grow. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving work environment.
