Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deliver comprehensive mathematics curricula tailored for CLAT and IPMAT aspirants.
• Conduct interactive classroom sessions workshops and doubtclearing clinics both offline and online.
• Prepare highquality teaching materials practice papers mock tests and solution guides aligned with the latest exam patterns.
• Track student performance provide personalized feedback and implement remedial strategies to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the senior academic team to integrate interdisciplinary concepts (e.g. logical reasoning analytical skills) into the maths syllabus.
• Participate in faculty development programs departmental meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a positive motivating learning environment that fosters both academic excellence and personal growth.
• Assist in organizing campuswide events seminars and guest lectures related to law and mathematics.

Essential Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in Mathematics Statistics Applied Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Strong foundational knowledge of quantitative sections of CLAT and IPMAT (including Algebra Geometry Number Theory Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning).
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear studentfriendly manner.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring law aspirants with a commitment to nurturing Law Life & Leadership.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 24 years of teaching experience for CLAT IPMAT or other competitive exam preparation programs.
• Proven track record of helping students achieve topranked results in national law entrance examinations.
• Experience with both classroom and digital (online) teaching platforms.
• Familiarity with Vidhigyas teaching philosophy and ability to contribute to its Gurukullike environment.
