Role Purpose:

This is not merely a sales and marketing role it is an opportunity to shape the commercial future of a fast-growing pharmaceutical organization.

As Marketing Manager you will lead market development initiatives for Actymo's API portfolio strengthen relationships with formulation companies and drive strategic growth across domestic and global markets. You will work directly with the leadership team to establish Actymo as a trusted partner for high-quality APIs and process-driven pharmaceutical solutions.

The role is ideal for professionals who combine deep pharmaceutical expertise with strong commercial instincts and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Core Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy & Market Expansion:

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Actymo's API and intermediates portfolio.

• Build and strengthen relationships with formulation companies across India and overseas markets.

• Identify emerging therapeutic segments customer opportunities and new business avenues.

• Drive market penetration and establish Actymo's position within the pharmaceutical ecosystem.

Product & Technical Leadership:

• Develop strong command over product dossiers Certificates of Analysis (COA) manufacturing capabilities and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with production quality regulatory and R&D teams to align commercial priorities with business objectives.

• Provide scientific and commercial inputs during customer interactions audits and negotiations.

Regulatory & Compliance Excellence:

• Leverage expertise in CEP WHO-GMP and global regulatory frameworks.

• Support customers through regulatory documentation and product qualification processes.

• Ensure alignment with international quality and compliance requirements.

Market Intelligence & Portfolio Development:

• Monitor industry trends pricing dynamics competition and evolving customer requirements.

• Recommend new product opportunities and strategic interventions to strengthen market presence.

Candidate Profile

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy Chemistry Life Sciences or related disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in API sales and marketing.

• Demonstrated experience-selling APIs to formulation companies.

Preferred Industry Background: Pharmaceuticals or API Manufacturers Or Speciality Chemicals

Technical & Functional Expertise:

• Strong understanding of COA product specifications and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

• Exposure to CEP WHO-GMP and regulatory frameworks.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
