Manufacturing Chemist

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Manufacturing Chemist in Chennai Tamil Nadu. • Conduct chemical testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
  
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
  
• Maintain laboratory records reports and batch documentation.
  
• Support process improvement and optimization initiatives.
  
• Ensure compliance with GMP safety and regulatory standards.
  
• Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
  
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for process validation.
  
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and formulation issues.
  

1. Chemical Analysis Perform qualitative and quantitative testing.
   
2. Quality Control Ensure products meet specifications.
   
3. GMP Knowledge Follow manufacturing best practices.
   
4. Laboratory Techniques Handle testing equipment and instruments.
   
5. Documentation Maintain accurate technical records.
   

• Knowledge of ISO quality systems.
  
• Experience with process validation.
  
• Statistical analysis and reporting skills.
  

Typical requirement: 15 years of experience in chemical manufacturing production or quality control environments. Candidates should be familiar with laboratory operations manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance within chemical or process industries.

• Minimum: Chemistry / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering (Typical)
  
• Preferred: Chemistry or relevant specialization
  
• Additional Certifications: GMP Quality Systems Industrial Safety (Preferred)
