Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- 10 years of experience in enterprise software and web application development.
- 3 years of experience leading software engineering teams.
- Strong technical background building and supporting modern web applications using technologies such as PHP React JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Experience leading teams responsible for both front-end and back-end application development.
- Strong understanding of application architecture system integration API design performance optimization and software development best practices.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in a fast-paced product development environment.
- Demonstrated success building mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical strategy platform stability and long-term engineering goals.
- Experience delivering complex technical initiatives from planning through production release.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- Experience managing teams developing and maintaining PHP-based enterprise applications.
- Experience with React and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines automated testing and observability platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale customer-facing web applications.
- Experience leading application modernization or technical transformation initiatives.
