Manager Tenant Relations

Key Responsibilities

Society Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with society committee members office bearers residents and key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and effective communication between societies and internal project teams.
• Develop trust and confidence among society members throughout the redevelopment process.

Society Query Resolution

• Handle and resolve all society-related queries concerns and requests in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Maintain regular follow-up and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and pending matters.
• Escalate critical issues appropriately and ensure timely closure.

Documentation Management

• Coordinate collection verification tracking and maintenance of society-related documents.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of redevelopment documentation agreements consents and records.
• Liaise with legal technical and project teams for document-related requirements and approvals.

Vacation Management & Resident Support

• Support and coordinate the vacation process of society members in accordance with project timelines.
• Assist residents with relocation-related requirements and address concerns during the transition phase.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a smooth and hassle-free vacation process.
• Monitor vacation status and maintain regular communication with affected members.

Broker & Channel Partner Coordination

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners supporting transit accommodation and redevelopment requirements.
• Coordinate with brokers for identification and finalization of suitable alternate accommodation for society members wherever applicable.
• Ensure timely closure of broker-related activities and maintain proper records of transactions and engagements.

Payment Coordination & Commitment Management

• Coordinate with internal finance and project teams to ensure timely disbursement of rent corpus shifting charges brokerage and other committed payments to society members.
• Track payment schedules and proactively follow up to ensure commitments made to society members are honoured within agreed timelines.
• Address payment-related queries and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain payment trackers and documentation for management review.

Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate meetings with society members managing committees consultants architects legal advisors brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas minutes of meetings action trackers and follow-up reports.
• Support presentations discussions and redevelopment proposal engagements with societies.

Site Visits & Project Support

• Organize and coordinate society site visits project walkthroughs sample flat visits and stakeholder interactions.
• Accompany project teams during society meetings member interactions and site inspections whenever required.
• Facilitate smooth coordination between societies and project execution teams.

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare periodic status reports management updates and MIS reports on society engagement activities.
• Maintain records of interactions meetings documentation status payments vacation progress approvals and action items.
• Track key milestones and ensure timely reporting to management.
• Highlight potential risks delays and stakeholder concerns proactively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in redevelopment real estate CRM customer relationship management society coordination stakeholder management or project coordination roles.
• MBA or Management Graduate preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi.
• Experience in handling housing societies member interactions and redevelopment stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple societies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational documentation and follow-up capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and MIS reporting.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
