Position: Manager – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the organization.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies based on business requirements.
• Manage job posting sourcing screening interviewing selection and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads and management to understand manpower requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Manage recruitment through job portals LinkedIn employee referrals consultants and other sourcing channels.
• Ensure timely closure of critical and volume hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics turnaround time and hiring progress and provide regular reports to management.
