Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Promote the company s culture values and mission to enhance employer branding.
