Manager Senior Manager

Overview:

A seasoned procurement professional to manage end-to-end contracting and procurement activities for construction
projects with a strong focus on high-rise commercial developments. The role involves strategic sourcing vendor
management contract finalization and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project
execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines budgets and business objectives
Lead sourcing initiatives for contractors subcontractors suppliers and consultants
Manage end-to-end tendering processes including RFQ RFP and EOI
Drive commercial negotiations and finalize contracts with vendors and service providers
Ensure adherence to contractual terms quality standards timelines and statutory requirements
Identify and mitigate procurement risks including cost escalation supply chain disruptions and vendor
performance issues
Collaborate closely with engineering planning finance legal and project teams to ensure seamless execution
Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
Maintain documentation and ensure audit compliance across procurement activities
Deliver the role in alignment with the Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) framework including Health
and Safety (EHS).
