Your work profile

Analyse existing business processes and identify automation opportunities

Design integrated BPA solutions combiningWorkflow RPA and Business Rules/Decision Logic

Ensure alignment withClean Core principlesfor S/4HANA transformation programs

• • ConfigureFlexible Workflowsin SAP S/4HANA
  • Develop automation bots usingSAP Build Process Automation(formerly SAP Intelligent RPA)
  • Build digital forms approval flows and business rule configurations
  • Integrate BPA components with SAP and non-SAP applications
  • Collaborate with integration teams leveragingCPI APIs and OData services
  • Design and implementevent-driven automation
  • Ensure compliance withBTP extension architecturebest practices
  • Ensure adherence to audit security and compliance processes
  • Implement role-based access and governance models
  • Monitor bot performance workflows and automation KPIs
  • Partner with business process owners to identify automation use cases
  • Conduct discovery workshops and solution walkthroughs
  • Provide demos and progress updates to leadership teams

Key skills required

• 810 yearsof hands-on SAP experience
• Strong expertise in:
• SAP Build Process Automation
• SAP BTP
• S/4HANA Workflow / Flexible Workflow
• RPA bot design & development
• Good understanding of:
• APIs OData Integration patterns
• SAP Security fundamentals
• BPMN process modelling
