Manager Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Summary

To perform the role to support Commission manager in taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery and to ensure that the Client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service.

About the Role:

• Estimating and cost planning
• Market engagement for collecting quotations and Quantity Surveying
• Tendering and procurement including pre-qualification tender analysis
• Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages

About You:

• 10 years experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
• Experience with the same background is preferrable.
• Proven track record in managing multiple disciplines of construction projects (Residential commercial fit out Industrial etc.)
• Strong market knowledge with the ability to deliver and handle the commission.
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
