Manager MEP

About the Role:

• Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works including Electrical HVAC Plumbing Fire Fighting and related systems for large-scale base build projects.

• Manage project planning scheduling monitoring and coordination to ensure timely delivery in accordance with GFC drawings BOQs specifications and client requirements.

• Drive stakeholder management across clients consultants contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Maintain governance and control of project documentation reporting compliance audits and records management throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify project risks resolve issues proactively and ensure zero escalations while delivering an exceptional client experience.

About You:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 12-18 years of experience in MEP project management preferably with IPC/PMC organizations.

• Proven experience managing base build projects involving Electrical HVAC Plumbing Fire Fighting and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Strong expertise in project planning scheduling documentation control stakeholder management and project communications.

• Demonstrated ability to manage risk compliance quality and project delivery within challenging timelines.
