Job Summary

As Deputy Manager you will sit at the centre of the monthly reporting cycle translating raw financial data into insight that leadership relies upon. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Core Responsibilities Incentive Governance Checking and processing the Cross sell incentives for On-roll Off-Role SPI SMT Contest along with call centre incentive and keeping track of the same to have inline within guardrails of the organizational cross sell policy and publishing it to the management as when required. Co-ordination with HR Support HR unit for relevant data regarding Business achievement Incentive callouts and any other information as when desired. P&L Preparation & Reporting Support the preparation of business-level monthly P&Ls across the Flash Actual and Estimate cycles and assist in consolidating income and expense inputs while maintaining accuracy across all reporting layers. Data Governance & Validation Collect financial and non-financial inputs from stakeholders conduct reasonableness checks and reconcile figures against historical trends and source systems including Data Lake SAP and LMS. Variance & Trend Analysis Analyse actuals against AOP and Estimates identify key drivers of variance and prepare clear defensible callouts for management review. Provisioning & Reconciliation Assist in provision adequacy assessments support cross-system reconciliation and track provisioning hits and releases. Management Reporting Maintain dashboards and MIS views and contribute to the preparation of review decks presented to senior leadership. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | QualificationCA (Inter / Qualified) or MBA (Finance) Experience23 years in financial reporting or management accounting DomainUnderstanding of Incentive Working knowledge of P&L and financial statements; NBFC / BFSI exposure preferred. Technical Competencies Advanced Microsoft Excel; sound grasp of income OPEX provisioning and accounts receivable concepts. Exposure to Anaplan Power BI or SQL will be considered a distinct advantage. Behavioral Competencies Precision with numbers structured analytical thinking confident stakeholder communication and the discipline to deliver consistently within a demanding monthly close calendar. |
