Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager to oversee our nut and bolt manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production processfrom raw material procurement to final quality assuranceensuring on-time delivery while maintaining the highest safety and efficiency standards.

• Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement daily/monthly production schedules to meet customer demand for various fastener types (hex bolts nuts washers custom fasteners).
  

• Operational Management: Optimize machine utilization (cold forging threading heat treatment) to maximize output and minimize downtime.
  

• Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality standards (AQL dimensional accuracy torque requirements) and ensure compliance with technical drawings and industrial specifications.
  

• Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage raw material inventory (wire rods steel coils) and ensure a steady supply of consumables to avoid production bottlenecks.
  

• Team Leadership: Hire train and supervise production staff fostering a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
  

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict workplace safety protocols and ensure the facility remains compliant with local labor laws and environmental regulations.
  

• Cost Management: Monitor manufacturing costs reduce waste and improve process efficiency to protect profit margins.
