Salary : Upto 12 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Experience in NBFC Banking Financial Services Gold Loan(Mandatory) Microfinance or Retail Financial Services is preferred.
* Proven experience in managing large-scale training programs across multiple locations.
* Develop and execute the organization's annual learning and development strategy in alignment with business objectives.
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and regions to identify competency gaps.
* Design and implement training calendars for branch operations sales customer service collections compliance and leadership development
