Results-driven Key Account professional responsible for driving business growth and order bookings for Solar EPC projects by developing strong client relationships and converting leads into profitable opportunities. Focused on expanding business across KAM segment through strategic sales execution and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development by identifying and acquiring new clients across C&I and utility segments for Solar EPC projects.
Generate and convert opportunities in Rooftop Ground-mounted and Open Access solar solutions to achieve sales and order booking targets.
Build a strong sales pipeline through networking industry connects and strategic market outreach.
Engage with key stakeholders such as Plant Heads CFOs and Procurement teams to conduct techno-commercial discussions and build long-term client relationships.
Prepare and coordinate techno-commercial proposals participate in RFQs/RFPs and lead negotiations to successfully close deals.
Monitor competitor activities pricing trends and emerging opportunities in Rooftop Open Access Group Captive and Hybrid segments.
Collaborate with engineering finance and execution teams to ensure seamless project handover customer satisfaction and repeat business while achieving annual order booking and customer acquisition targets
Qualifications:
Education
B.E./ (Electrical/Mechanical/ EXTC preferred)
MBA (Sales & marketing) – preferred
Experience
8 years in Solar EPC / Energy / Infrastructure sales
Experience in C&I and Open Access projects
Skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Understanding of solar costing and regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Network with industrial client in assigned region
