- Experience in team mentoring performance management and delivery management.
- Ensure ITGC compliance (User Access SOD Change Management Audit Trails).
- Collaborate with auditors for ITGC audits SOX compliance and remediation plans

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FICO/MM/SD/PP etc.)
- Experience in SAP methodologies (e.g. ASAP Activate)
- Project management expertise
- Stakeholder and team management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- ITGC Controls (SOD Access Management Change Management Incident Management)
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification (any module or SAP Activate).
- Experience in S/4HANA projects.
- Any graduate/ bachelors degree in: Engineering (IT).
