Lead and drive international business strategy across existing and new markets.

Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation compliance logistics coordination and order fulfilment.

Identify onboard and develop international distributors agents and retail partners.

Own and drive international sales targets and revenue growth.

Analyse market trends competitor activity and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and key stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to export regulations trade compliance norms and international documentation standards.

Work closely with internal teams (supply chain finance marketing) to ensure seamless execution.

Lead and mentor junior team members (if applicable).
