Manager I, Risk, Creators Variable

This role will be a key member of the TSS Risk team responsible for leading a team of risk investigators. This individual must be eager to dive deep into processes and have an accomplished record of delivering process efficiency. The preferred candidate should have good auditing skills problem solving skills process and system knowledge and customer service passion.

Key job responsibilities
Basic Operations:

Operations & Delivery: Own team operations and delivery on quality productivity and service level metrics. Partner with program owners to deploy business strategies. Set team goals aligned with functional vision and track metrics with BAs.

People Management: Drive employee growth through development plans and career progression. Lead engagement initiatives manage team structure for scale own the hiring process and represent the team in appraisals.

Workflow Management: Lead capacity planning scheduling and real-time queue management. Allocate resources to meet SLA targets ensure optimal workload distribution and maintain workflow SOPs. Track workflow metrics identify bottlenecks and drive throughput improvements.

Process Improvement: Partner with program owners to identify process tool and SOP gaps. Drive cross-team projects build new metrics and collaborate with WF/Ops Analytics to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

This person will drive global strategy set and achieve team goals and partner with key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. Success requires the ability to internalize the vision make independent decisions and manage teams toward that vision. They must also serve as a change manager building mechanisms to support organizational change and influencing teams through transitions.

About the team
Enforcement investigators investigate and analyze websites to determine their quality for acceptance into the Associates addition to monitoring websites for compliance investigators will work to identify areas to improve processes clarify policies and identify emerging trends. When they identify violations or low-quality sites theyll manage communication with the publisher. The Enforcement investigator position relies on judgment to accomplish goals and will work under very limited supervision of the manager. Individual problem-solving and skills are used to authenticate websites and accounts. Nearly all decisions are expected to be made independently.

- Experience with MS Office MS Excel and data retrieval languages

- Experience managing a team
- Experience in capacity planning operations planning business analysis or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word SharePoint and PowerPoint)
- Experience in process improvement
