Job Description:
Strategic Partnering
- Align people strategy with business strategy and goals
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce needs
- Advise leadership on workforce trends and organizational effectiveness
Change & Culture Management
- Act as a change agent for organizational transformation initiatives
- Drive culture building engagement and change management programs
Talent Management
- Implement talent acquisition retention and succession strategies
- Identify and develop high-potential talent; support leadership coaching
Performance & Rewards
- Lead performance management cycles and goal setting
- Ensure alignment of performance outcomes with compensation and rewards
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Act as employee champion; drive engagement and feedback mechanisms
- Mediate employee relations issues to maintain workplace harmony
HR Systems (HRMS & LMS)
- Ensure effective use of HRMS for employee data reporting and analytics
- Leverage LMS for training tracking capability development and compliance learning
HR Analytics & Decision Support
- Analyze HR metrics and people analytics to guide business decisions
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws HR policies and ethical practices
