Job Overview
The Manager HCC Risk Management APACserves as the Healthcare Compliance Officer for regionalbusinessactivities providing end-to-end strategic and operational healthcare compliance leadership to regional functional leaders such as Marketing HEMA ProfessionalEducationand others.The role hasmeaningfulimpact on strengthening compliance maturitydriving consistencyprotecting the companys reputation and reinforcing a culture of integrity across diverse and dynamic markets.This rolemayalso provide strategic leadershipand executionofactivities performed by the risk management center of excellencefor the APAC region aligned with global and regional strategies.
This role reports to theDirector InternationalRegional Offices &Risk ManagementCOE.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the regional compliance partner and advisor to Regional Marketing Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA)and Professional Educationand other regional functions integrating compliance considerations into business decisions and providing practical forward-looking guidance and solutions.
Identify assess and prioritize healthcare compliance risks related to commercial regulatory and operational activities.
Partner with business leaders Legal and Compliance teams to design and implement effective risk mitigation plans.
Partner withcrossfunctionalstakeholders to embed effective compliance controls into business processes andgotomarketmodels.
Provide guidance andtraining tobusiness teams on healthcare compliance requirements and risk awareness.
Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends across APAC toanticipateemerging compliance risks.
Support audits investigations and regulatory inquiries as.
Prepare and deliver risk assessments insights and recommendations to regionalandsenior leadership.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree(Law Business Compliance Finance Healthcare Administration or related field).
Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
Experience and Skills
68 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance risk management legal audit or related fields.
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and risk management frameworks.
Experience supporting commercial organizations in regulated environments.
Proven ability to work effectively across cultures and in matrixed organizations.
Strong analytical problemsolving and judgment skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Experience in medical devices pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
Prior experience supporting APAC markets.
Familiarity with compliance monitoring investigations and remediation processes.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders.
Strong change management and influencing capabilities.
Other
Language: English;additionalAPAC languages preferred.
Travel: Up to 2530% including international travel within AsiaPacific.
Certifications: Compliance risk audit or legal certifications preferred but not.
