Job Description

1) GMP Training Program Management:

- Plan prepare execute and follow up on GMP training programs for the Riverview site

- Coordinate site training plans to ensure complete coverage and compliance across all functional areas

2) Training Development:

- Develop and maintain training curricula aligned with SOPs regulatory requirements and site-specific needs

3) Training Administration:

- Prepare and manage GMP training assessments within the MasterControl system

- Monitor training completion effectiveness and compliance metrics

4) Compliance & Readiness:

- Ensure the training system remains compliant with regulatory requirements and maintains inspection readiness
