Position Title: Manager Exchange X Mart Location: PAN India Reporting To: Zonal Manager Department: Retail X Mart
Objective: To manage business operations and drive growth in the designated territory by overseeing dealer exchange operations used car sales and franchisee expansion. The role focuses on enhancing dealer performance improving customer satisfaction and ensuring adherence to quality and process standards through effective coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Accountability: Business Operations Track dealer exchange procurement and used car sales. Recommend exchange schemes based on market insights. Maintain reports on hygiene parameters and dealer performance. Promote certified used car retail and warranty products. Manage channel hygiene marketing activities and branding campaigns. Conduct dealer training and engagement activities. Volume & Revenue Drive primary and secondary sales. Achieve franchisee expansion targets. Generate and convert leads effectively. Plan monthly stock offload and share sales reports. Ensure timely collection of loyalty fees and dealer profitability. Managing the select/retail business overview for the dealership Customer Satisfaction Strengthen relationships with dealers and partners. Monitor and resolve customer complaints promptly. Reduce TAT and enhance customer engagement. Provide after-sales services and schemes.
Network Expansion Pitch prospects to grow network footprint. Drive same-store growth initiatives. Quality & Process Increase certification penetration. Ensure brand identity adherence. Identify process gaps and implement improvements. Certify all cars online and maintain pricing grids. People Development Assess dealer performance monthly. Identify training needs and arrange programs. Audit training effectiveness and recognize high performers.
Competencies: Strong understanding of the pre-owned vehicle segment. Proven sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Market analysis and strategic planning ability. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Knowledge of branding marketing and process improvement. Languages: English/Hindi and regional language Experience: Graduate degree or higher. Minimum 8 years of experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong domain expertise in the automobile industry.
