Job Summary
Major responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achievement of targets for Domestic Group of Products for East Zone & to increase the market share
2. Responsible for timely execution of orders thro C & F / Plant & Stock management of C & F Godown
3. To increase the dealer network coverage and put more focus on customer/dealer relationship management.
4. Conducting market surveys for new products and competitors activities and give feedback to ZO/HO.
5. Responsible to maintain the minimum Stock Level at C & F Godown.
6. Develop support and motivate reportees to improve overall efficiency.
7. To provide the monthly OI projection to BO/ZO in coordination with the reportees.
8. Co ordinate with the TSS and Zonal Sales Team towards Indenting of materials on a monthly basis with the appropriate mix of products based on the season and market demand.
Planning and execution of the Sales Promotional Activities in line with the sanctioned Budget.
9. Regular contacts with customers/dealers and monitoring dealers performance periodically
10. Collecting outstanding payments/statutory forms of dealers as per Company target
Formal Education : DME / Graduate / MBA
Experience : 12-15 years
