Job Title: Manager – Collections
Location: Delhi


Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Manager to manage accounts receivable
ensure timely collections and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for monitoring outstanding payments resolving billing concerns and implementing effective
collection strategies to improve cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall collections process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding
payments.
• Conduct continuous follow-ups with customers through calls emails and meetings while
maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Perform payment reconciliation and ensure accurate tracking of customer accounts and receipts.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies processes and policies to optimize
collections performance.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively track overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve payment-related queries and disputes efficiently.
• Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to address billing discrepancies and streamline
payment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities customer interactions and payment statuses.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports and collection updates for management review.
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Finance Accounting or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in collections accounts receivable or credit control.
• Strong understanding of payment reconciliation and receivables management.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
