Experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 including understanding of its integration with SharePoint and the Power Platform
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview including data governance compliance management information protection and risk mitigation capabilities across Microsoft 365 environments
SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development
Azure services integration (Azure AD Logic Apps Functions)
Experience with Microsoft Graph API
DevOps / CI-CD pipelines for M365 (Azure DevOps GitHub Actions)
Experience in large-scale enterprise or healthcare environments
Data analytics and reporting experience with Power BI (beyond basic integration)
Migration experience (on-prem to cloud tenant-to-tenant)
Experience with user adoption strategies and change management frameworks
