Manager CIVIL Execution

Lead the execution of Civil works for EPC projects in EHV Substations up to 765KV managing a project portfolio exceeding 500 Crores.

Take complete ownership of project execution from planning to final completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets quality standards and contractual commitments.

Guide mentor and lead teams of Civil Engineers and site personnel across multiple project locations in India.

Manage large-scale civil construction activities including foundations control room buildings equipment foundations roads drainage systems and associated infrastructure works.

Develop and monitor project schedules resource deployment plans and productivity targets to ensure timely project delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants contractors vendors and other stakeholders.

Conduct periodic project reviews and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Coordinate with government authorities and statutory bodies for approvals inspections and smooth project execution.

Work closely with engineering procurement contracts finance and other support functions to ensure seamless project implementation.

Drive productivity improvements process optimization initiatives and implementation of best practices across projects.

Ensure strict compliance with safety standards quality requirements IMS PMO guidelines and business excellence initiatives.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen and operational excellence programs at project sites.
