Roles & Responsibilities

Drive business growth and profitability within the Chemical sector by acquiring new customers and expanding strategic accounts.
Manage end-to-end sales activities including lead generation proposals negotiations and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs procurement heads and supply chain stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities across key chemical industry segments and drive market expansion.
Lead contract negotiations while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated supply chain and logistics solutions.
Ensure compliance with commercial documentation pricing governance and internal processes.
Monitor sales performance pipeline health client retention and profitability through regular reporting.
Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends regulations and safety standards to provide value-added solutions.

Requisites

Masters degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or a related field (preferred).
Strong experience in logistics sales and business development.
Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and drive revenue growth.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management.
Experience in enterprise account management and cross-functional collaboration.
Good understanding of Contract Logistics Cold Chain Rail Freight Forwarding and Free Trade Warehouse Zones (FTWZ).
Excellent negotiation stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
Strong analytical reporting and commercial decision-making abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent execution and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units to deliver integrated logistics solutions.
