Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and profitability within the Chemical sector by acquiring new customers and expanding strategic accounts.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities including lead generation proposals negotiations and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs procurement heads and supply chain stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities across key chemical industry segments and drive market expansion.
- Lead contract negotiations while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated supply chain and logistics solutions.
- Ensure compliance with commercial documentation pricing governance and internal processes.
- Monitor sales performance pipeline health client retention and profitability through regular reporting.
- Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and safety standards to provide value-added solutions.
Requisites
- Masters degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or a related field (preferred).
- Strong experience in logistics sales and business development.
- Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management.
- Experience in enterprise account management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Good understanding of Contract Logistics Cold Chain Rail Freight Forwarding and Free Trade Warehouse Zones (FTWZ).
- Excellent negotiation stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
- Strong analytical reporting and commercial decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent execution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units to deliver integrated logistics solutions.
