In this high-impact role you will be responsible for driving the strategic expansion of our 3P Private Brands program through multiple key initiatives:
Seller Partnership & Ecosystem Development
You will identify evaluate and onboard qualified sellers from key manufacturing clusters to bridge critical selection gaps within Private Brands. By building deep relationships with manufacturing partners youll create a sustainable pipeline of quality brands. Youll design seller onboarding programs that equip partners with the tools and support needed for long-term success on Amazon transforming promising sellers into thriving brand builders.
Program Positioning & Visibility
You will serve as the chief evangelist for 3P Private Brands crafting positioning strategies that establish this as a premier opportunity for sellers. Youll develop compelling narratives and communication materials that inspire action while building visibility through seller events educational content and success stories. Partnering with internal stakeholders youll ensure prominent program placement across seller channels and establish feedback loops to continuously refine positioning and remove barriers to participation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
You will collaborate with product marketing operations and category teams to ensure seamless program execution. Leading and mentoring your team youll foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Youll establish metrics and reporting mechanisms that provide clear visibility into program health and business impact enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the organization.
We need a strong leader with impressive business development acumen and proven team management skills who can think big while executing with precision. You should be comfortable building programs from the ground up influencing without authority and driving results in ambiguous fast-paced environments. Your ability to identify opportunities forge partnerships and create compelling program positioning will be critical to unlocking the next wave of growth for 3P Private Brands.
- 6 years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
- Experience managing teams
- Experience planning managing and closing competitive sales efforts and managing deals from negotiation to closing and through delivery
- Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customers business
- Experience influencing C-level executives
- Experience managing a team and training/on-boarding new members
