Job Summary
vCommission Media is a Leading Global Affiliate Marketing Network delivering performance on web and mobile to worldwide advertisers through a growing network of 100K affiliates. With presence in India Singapore UAE UK and USA vCommission works across Ecommerce Travel Utility LeadGen PPC US and India COD Ecom.
We are looking for an experienced Advertiser Sales professional with 5 years of experience to drive global advertiser acquisition while managing the day-to-day performance of the sales team.
The role will act as the first point of contact for team guidance issues and support ensuring the team is productive motivated and aligned with business goals.
- Drive global advertiser acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build and manage advertiser pipelines and relationships.
- Identify new brands campaigns and business opportunities.
- Own sales conversations negotiations and advertiser onboarding.
- Manage day-to-day sales team activities and performance.
- Act as the first point of contact for team queries and challenges.
- Coach guide and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Monitor pipeline follow-ups KPIs and execution quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign launches and issue resolution.
- Share market competitor and growth insights with management.
Required Skills:
5 years of experience in Advertiser Sales B2B Sales Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing. Strong experience in advertiser acquisition and business development. Understanding of affiliate/performance marketing and digital advertising. Proven sales target achievement. Experience mentoring or managing sales team members. Strong communication negotiation and relationship-management skills. Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working with global clients. Willingness to work Hybrid from Gurgaon.
