Management Trainee

This Management Trainee role will support business growth by identifying and qualifying new project opportunities in focus segments such as Refurbishment Waterproofing and Roofing. The individual will assist the sales team in market mapping lead generation customer outreach and pipeline development with a particular focus on the Developer segment and small to medium-sized industrial projects. The role will provide valuable on-ground exposure to project sales specifications and customer engagement while building a strong talent pipeline to support future business expansion.

Qualifications :

Preferably BE Civil Engineering from a reputed institute
