Management Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to learn and support daily restaurant operations. This role offers hands-on training in customer service team management food safety and business operations preparing you for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and assist in daily restaurant operations.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Support order management billing and service activities.

Maintain cleanliness hygiene and food safety standards.

Assist in inventory management and stock control.

Work closely with restaurant managers and team members to achieve operational goals.

Participate in training programs and implement company SOPs.

Requirements

Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Hotel Management Business or any relevant field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in QSR restaurant café or hospitality.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Passion for customer service and hospitality.
