ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Wintel Engineer with strong expertise in Windows VMware Linux and Azure environments. Linux experience is a priority among these technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide L3 support for Windows Linux VMware and Azure environments

Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues

Handle server crashes no-boot memory leaks and unresponsive systems

Analyze memory dumps and Windows performance issues

Manage incidents escalations changes and problem management

Perform patching security and configuration management

Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration tools

Support enterprise infrastructure deployments and migrations

Lead L1/L2 teams and coordinate with customers/vendors

Maintain DR procedures documentation and CMDB accuracy
