Experience: Freshers MBA HR graduates from reputed B-schools

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance leave and employee records
- Assist with payroll inputs and related HR activities
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports using MS Excel
- Coordinate employee onboarding documentation and exit formalities
Requirements
- MBA in HR / Human Resources from a reputed B-school
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Good understanding of HR fundamentals
