Maintenance Technician

We are looking for:

• A skilledMaintenance Technicianto to maintainmechanical activities& full fill legal requirements for maintaining site safety culture: Overall responsibilityofmechanical breakdowns andPM;Implementation of Safety culture in department Implementation of 5S; Follow GMP Guidelines & SOP; Follow ISO 9001-2015 Guidelines; Maintain documents and follow guidelines as per ISO14001:2015 and 45001:2018 standards

• Strictlycomply withplant safety regulations and national laws and regulations to ensure that on-site mechanical maintenance work is completed safely and orderly.

• Use scientific methods to ensure the safe and reliable operation of workshop mechanical equipment and achieve the target OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

• Efficiently manage SAP work orders and complete workshop mechanical equipment maintenance tasksin a timely manner.

• Assistthe supervisor/manager inestablishingand improving preventive maintenance systems fully implement preventive maintenance plans track their execution and reduce downtime due to equipment failures.

• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) toidentifythe root causes of failures. Provide basic equipment knowledge training to manager in completing FMECA (Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis) reviews for equipment.

• Lead orparticipatein the implementation of Management of Change (MOC) in the workshop andparticipatein technical management during company project construction to ensure successful project completion.

• Responsible for organizing and carrying out night-time on-call maintenance work.

• Properlymaintainand promptly update workshop equipment records manage spare partsinitiatepurchase requests toestablishinventory andbe responsible foracceptance of goods.

• Regularly analyze spare parts consumption based on usage frequency procurement cycle and importance andoptimizeinventory information.

• Conduct regular inspections of workshop equipment regularly check maintenance work focus on on-site maintenance safety management and 5S (workplace organization) and strictly control key quality points in maintenance work.

• Actively cooperate with and complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

• Follow Syensqo Life Saving Rules

• Ensuring a safe and clean environment in the area under their supervision.

• Responsible for the HSE performance of their department

• Responsible for following HSE rules and comply ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standard

• Provision and adequatelymaintainingthe PPE and Enforcement of safety rules anduse of PPE

• Participation in root cause analysis and other improvement activities

• Giving feedback to their seniorsinHSE issues / deviations and suggesting improvements in the working conditions methodsproceduresetc.

• Participation in Safety study CTA CAPA for breakdowns

• Participatesin departmentsHSE meetings

You will bring:

• 3 yearfull timeDiploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• More than 5 years of work experience in chemical enterprises familiar with the basic principles of operation and maintenance of chemical equipment with solid on-site maintenance experience.

• Repair maintenance of RotatingEquipmentsCentrifugal Pumps Blowers (Centrifugal Lobe) Water ring vacuum pumps PDpumps(Internal gear External gear Progressive cavity pumps. Candidate shall be independently performing the repair and maintenance activity (Hands-on)

• Alignment of Rotatingequipments understanding of vibration reports is necessary

• Good communicationskills strong coordination and problem-solving abilities team spirit and a proactive work attitude.

• Proficientin office software and skilled in computer operation.

• Responsible for carrying out night-time on-call maintenance work.

• Updationof History cards for routine jobs Preventive maintenance Shutdown maintenance Improvement jobs

• Daily inspection (DI) of plantequipmentsas per DI scheduleupdationof the data

• Candidate shallwork(Hands-on) in shop floor and workshop independently along withsemi skilledand unskilledworkmen.
