Job Summary:
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating maintaining and troubleshooting spinning machines to ensure smooth production of yarn with required quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor spinning machines
- Ensure continuous production with minimal downtime
- Check yarn quality and maintain production standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Identify and resolve machine issues quickly
- Maintain proper documentation of production data
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance team
Requirements
- Knowledge of spinning processes and machinery
- Knowledge of weaving processes and machinery
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of yarn quality parameters
- Teamwork and communication skills

Required Education:
