Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical, Plumbing & STP

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our residential society and office. The person should have good practical knowledge of electrical work plumbing work STP pumps motors water supply and common area maintenance.

The main responsibility will be to manage electricians plumbers STP operators and other maintenance staff. The candidate should also be capable of checking and resolving minor technical issues independently whenever required.

• Manage daily maintenance work in the society and office.
  
• Supervise electricians plumbers STP operators and other technical staff.
  
• Handle complaints related to electrical plumbing water supply drainage pumps motors and STP.
  
• Ensure complaints are resolved properly and on time.
  
• Inspect common area lights electrical panels pumps water tanks valves and other equipment.
  
• Ensure smooth functioning of the STP.
  
• Conduct regular property inspections.
  
• Identify recurring issues and ensure permanent resolution.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and AMC teams whenever external support is required.
  
• Maintain daily work records and complaint status.
  
• Inform the Facility Manager regarding major issues material requirements and urgent repairs.
  
• Ensure safety practices are followed during electrical and plumbing work.
  
• Assist during emergencies such as water leakage power failures pump breakdowns blockages or STP issues.
  

• Practical knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance.
  
• Basic knowledge of STP pumps motors electrical panels tanks and water supply systems.
  
• Experience in residential societies townships hotels hospitals malls office buildings or facility management companies will be preferred.
  
• Ability to manage electricians plumbers and other maintenance staff.
  
• Capable of personally inspecting and resolving technical issues on-site.
  
• Should not depend entirely on others for minor maintenance work.
  
• Comfortable taking regular site rounds and working on-site.
  
• Disciplined honest and responsible.
  
• Able to communicate in Hindi and Punjabi.
  
• Basic English communication and basic computer/WhatsApp reporting knowledge will be an advantage.

The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Facility Manager and will manage the technical maintenance team.

To ensure all electrical plumbing STP pump water supply and common area maintenance activities are carried out efficiently complaints are resolved on time and equipment breakdowns are minimized through regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
