Profile:Maintenance Manager

Experience:

• 5-8 years in Fire & Safety Maintenance / Industrial / Commercial Maintenance Projects; 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Freshers/Interns may also be considered with flexible stipend.

Roles:

• Plan and execute preventive corrective and breakdown maintenance for fire hydrant sprinkler fire alarm detection and fire pump systems.
• Supervise maintenance engineers technicians and service staff including site-wise manpower allocation and productivity.
• Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) safety briefings and ensure proper PPE and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with AMC clients attend inspections and audits handle complaints emergency call-outs and service escalations.
• Ensure fire & safety systems comply with NBC norms fire department guidelines and applicable statutory requirements.
• Maintain maintenance reports service logs inspection checklists and AMC documentation.
• Ensure availability of tools testing instruments safety equipment and required spares.
• Handle system failures alarms pump breakdowns and emergency situations with effective troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Train technicians on system operation safety procedures and standard maintenance practices.
• Support commissioning and handover of new installations when required.
• Monitor system uptime breakdown response preventive maintenance effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Suggest improvements in maintenance processes checklists and service response time.

Qualification:

• Diploma / BE / in Mechanical Engineering; Fire & Safety specialization preferred
