Profile:Maintenance Manager

Experience:

• 8-15 years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing/process industry
• Minimum 3-5 years as Mechanical Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Head / Senior Maintenance Engineer preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with rotating machinery is essential
• Experience in Paper Paper Coating Printing Packaging Textile Chemical Film Converting or similar continuous-process industries preferred

Roles:

• Handle overall mechanical maintenance of factory machines.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance to avoid machine breakdowns.
• Attend breakdowns identify problems and restore machines quickly.
• Find and fix the root cause of repeated machine issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot coating slitter/rewinder rollers pumps gearboxes bearings shafts conveyors and pneumatic systems.
• Support new machine installation commissioning alignment and modifications.
• Track machine performance breakdowns MTBF and MTTR to improve reliability.
• Manage critical spare parts and coordinate with Stores/Purchase.
• Lead technicians fitters and helpers allocate work and monitor their performance.
• Coordinate with Production to reduce downtime and ensure smooth machine operation.
• Ensure safety procedures LOTO PPE and proper housekeeping are followed.
• Take ownership of machine reliability maintenance cost and continuous improvement.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / in Mechanical Engineering
• ITI extensive relevant experience may also be considered for exceptionally strong candidates
• Hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Manager capable of independently managing factory maintenance critical breakdowns troubleshooting team leadership reliability improvement and coordination with Production Stores Purchase and Plant Management.
