Job Summary
Responsible for inspecting troubleshooting repairing testing and maintaining LED/LCD TVs and related equipment in the warehouse. Ensure repaired units meet quality standards before dispatch while maintaining accurate inventory and repair records.
Key Responsibilities
TV Repair & Maintenance :-
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in LED/LCD/Smart TVs.
- Repair faulty TVs by replacing defective components such as panels power boards mainboards T-Con boards speakers backlights and cables.
- Perform firmware updates and software troubleshooting.
Reporting
- Prepare daily repair reports.
- Track pending repairs and turnaround time.
- Report spare parts requirements to the procurement team.
- Support monthly stock audits.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of LED/LCD/Smart TV repair.
- Understanding of electronic components and PCB troubleshooting.
- Ability to use multimeters and testing equipment.
- Basic soldering and desoldering skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
