Job Summary
- Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate daily jobs.
- Guide technicians during breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
- Train technicians on troubleshooting maintenance practices and safety.
- Identify opportunities for machine modification Kaizen and productivity improvement.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines and coordinate with vendors.
- Identify critical spare parts and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for availability.
- Maintain breakdown PM machine history and spare consumption records.
- Monitor Breakdown Hours MTBF MTTR Machine Availability PM Compliance and OEE.
- Ensure maintenance activities follow safetyLOTO housekeeping GMP and food-industry hygiene requirements.
