Strong track record in reliability transformation maintenance governance turnaround planning and the establishment of Reliability Centres of Excellence.
Deep understanding of maintenance KPI development MTBF analytics reliability governance and asset performance management frameworks.
Expertise in functional safety management including IEC 61511 compliance SIL/SIS governance risk-based maintenance and process safety integration.
Hands-on experience implementing predictive analytics solutions using platforms such as GE SmartSignal GE APM AVEVA Predictive Analytics and other industrial AI technologies.
Proven ability to improve plant reliability and availability through proactive technical monitoring predictive maintenance and condition-based maintenance strategies.
Strong knowledge of Management of Change (MoC) process safety maintenance strategy consulting and enterprise digital transformation within manufacturing environments.
Skilled in integrating reliability programmes with digital technologies to deliver measurable improvements in asset performance operational efficiency and maintenance effectiveness.
