Shift: Rotational Shifts

We are looking for a Machine Operator / Production Operator to operate and monitor production and packing machinery achieve production targets manage manpower and ensure safe and smooth production operations.

1. Operate production and packing machines as per SOPs and production plans.
2. Handle Octagonal Blender Ribbon Blender VFFS Pick Fill Pack & Sealing Machines.
3. Operate equipment such as Screw Feeders X-Ray Machines & Metal Detectors.
4. Monitor machine performance production output and operating parameters.
5. Handle minor operational issues and coordinate with the Maintenance team during breakdowns.
6. Manage helpers and allocate manpower on the production line.
7. Maintain machine production breakdown and downtime records.
8. Follow GMP hygiene safety quality and housekeeping standards.
9. Support preventive maintenance and ensure minimum machine downtime.

1. Basic knowledge of production & packing machinery.
2. Basic troubleshooting and machine-handling skills.
3. Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures.
4. Good observation and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
6. Good teamwork and communication skills.
