The Loan Manager will be responsible for end-to-end gold loan servicing at the customers doorstep including lead sourcing gold appraisal and seamless disbursal within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in the gold loan industry demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess a results-driven mindset with a consistent focus on achieving performance benchmarks.

The role entails:

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven target-oriented and customer-centric individual with a strong sales acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in NBFCs or financial services is a plus.
