Roles & Responsibilities: The responsibilities include but not limited to: *Provide live support for customers all over the world. *Provide basic customer support through ticketing system. *Assurance of meeting our uptime SLA *Problem-solving and critical thinking for complex issues *Provide Proactive Server Maintenance and Hardening *Implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and maximise performance *Creating systems to expedite efficiency in day-to-day processes 3) Preferred Skills: *Excellent Communication Skill in English (Written). *Expert Knowledge in Web Hosting Control Panels like cPanel Plesk Direct Admin. *Hands on experience in Bare Linux Servers and working knowledge in Mail Servers. *Well versed in different Webservers such as Apache Nginx. *Virtualization knowledge such us OpenVZ Xen Server KVM and Cloud. *Excellent knowledge of Server Tweaking Hardening. *Skillset to handle Disaster Recovery Procedure Spamming DDoS Hacking Issues. *Experience in VMware AWS Google cloud preferred for senior roles. *Excellent knowledge in Hosting Control Panels. *Excellent Knowledge on Web server Mail server DNS FTP SSH (Thorough knowledge on Apache and DNS will fetch you the job) *Good Team player - Able to work independently in 3 shifts to provide 24X 7 customer support worldwide. *Provide Proactive Server Maintenance and Hardening *Monitor NOC for security and performance *To Provide server support for retail and enterprise customers through different channels *Plan and build cloud servers anticipating customer resource utilization. 4) Other Details: Role:- System Administrator / Engineer Industry Type:- IT Services & Web Development Functional Area:- 24*7 Technical Support Employment Type:- Full Time Permanent Role Category:- Linux Technical Support Education:- Any Graduate or equvalent Experience: 1 to 6 years Salary: Hike on Current Salary/As per Industry Standards Employee Benefits: Contact: Reach us @ Whatsapp Message No:
