Job Description - Floor Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Floor & Team Management

oManage the admissions floor on a day-to-day basis and ensure smooth operations.

oLead guide and motivate Program Guides to achieve individual and team targets.

oEnsure discipline punctuality and adherence to admission processes on the floor.

oAct as the first point of escalation for Program Guides.

Call Management & Quality Control

oMonitor inbound and outbound calls and ensure proper call ordering and allocation.

oCheck call quality regularly and provide feedback for improvement.

oEnsure proper call dispositions follow-ups and call logging.

oReview call recordings and maintain quality standards.

Target & Performance Management

oEnsure achievement of daily weekly and monthly calling and admission targets.

oTrack individual performance and take corrective actions where required.

oShare daily performance updates with seniors.

MIS Reporting & Data Management

oPrepare and maintaindaily MIS and call reports.

oEnsure accurate data entry and reporting in CRM/Tally systems.

oMonitor lead movement and conversion ratios.

oMaintain data hygiene and ensure zero data leakage.

Lead Management

oOversee lead management from multiple channels (digital walk-ins references campaigns etc.).

oEnsure proper allocation follow-up and closure of leads.

oCoordinate with marketing and backend teams for lead-related issues.

Training & Development

oConduct regular training sessions for Program Guides on:

Product knowledge

Sales pitch and counselling skills

Call handling and objection management

CRM/Tally usage

oSupport new joiners during onboarding and ramp-up phase.

Process & Compliance

oEnsure adherence to company policies SOPs and compliance standards.

oIdentify process gaps and suggest improvements.

oSupport audits and internal reviews when required.

oStrong leadership and floor management skills

oExcellent communication and people management abilities

oGood understanding of admission counselling and sales processes

oStrong analytical skills for MIS and reporting

oHands-on experience with CRM/Tally or similar systems

oAbility to multitask and work under pressure

oTarget-driven and result-oriented mindset
