Line Side Access

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Line Side Access professional to join our operations team in Bengaluru this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining access to critical line-side infrastructure ensuring compliance with safety protocols and supporting seamless operational continuity. You will work in a fast-paced environment where precision analytical thinking and organizational excellence are essential to success.

• Manage and control access to line-side infrastructure ensuring only authorized personnel gain entry
• Conduct thorough inspections of access points and document findings in compliance with established procedures
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and security measures to protect personnel and equipment
• Troubleshoot access-related issues and implement timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions
• Maintain accurate records of access logs maintenance activities and incident reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to industry standards
• Perform routine maintenance checks on access control systems and equipment
• Respond promptly to access requests and escalate issues to appropriate management when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Communicate effectively with field teams and management regarding operational status and concerns

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in line-side operations infrastructure management or similar field-based roles
• Strong knowledge of access control systems and procedures
• Familiarity with industry-specific safety standards and protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping systems
• Physical capability to perform field work and access challenging environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses (preferred)
• Experience with troubleshooting technical equipment (preferred)
