Job Title: SPE Life & Annuity (L&A) Operations Fresher
Location: Chennai
Shift: Flexible / Rotational Shifts
Experience: Freshers & Experience both
Experience level: 0-5 years


Job Responsibilities


Process Life & Annuity insurance transactions with high accuracy.
Review policy documents beneficiary details premium records and customer requests.
Support policy servicing activities including updates withdrawals and benefit-related transactions.
Verify and validate customer information as per process guidelines.
Ensure adherence to SLA quality compliance and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer and policy-related queries.
Participate in process training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Meet productivity accuracy and turnaround time targets.


Eligibility


Graduate in any discipline ( BBA BA preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills


Understanding of Insurance or Financial Services domain.
Good typing and data management skills.
Customer-focused mindset and team-player attitude.


Freshers in Life & Annuity operations typically handle policy servicing benefit payments withdrawals and other insurance-related transactions while maintaining quality and compliance standards.





Requirements

  • Experience in Life & Annuity / Insurance / Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Death claims and benefit payments
    • Annuities and annuitization
    • Pension products (401(k) 403(b))
    • Surrenders withdrawals and payouts
  • Understanding of regulatory and taxation requirements.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
