Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Learning Content Development professional to create engaging interactive and scalable learning solutions using modern digital tools multimedia and e-learning platforms.
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning Content Development
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles
- Experience creating interactive and engaging learning materials
- Hands-on experience with multimedia elements such as video audio and graphics
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems and e-learning platforms
- Ability to adapt learning content for diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving and content development skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning content

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with banking application development and enhancements Knowledge of database management and integration techniques Ability to work independently and contribute as an SME Good collaboration and communication skills
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA is an added advantage).
